Request for a race re-run.

We request a replay of today's race (September 17, 2026) in Azerbaijan due to a server crash that made it impossible for players to get online.

Same issue, last race in Rusia It was impossible to enter the live race for everyone

Same problem, stuck in Loading screen, even reinstalled the game, still doesnt work

The same thing happened to us over at Asphalt. Unfortunately it's not the first time, and there was also a lot riding on it for the guys who are still fighting for the championship. It's a shame that this kind of thing never gets sorted out.

Can you look into what happened?

I don't know if there's any way to fix it, or what the alternatives are here. Either way, some kind of compensation in tokens would be welcome, just to calm things down.

Desde web si se podía acceder, desde app no

I couldn't log in via the app, but I was able to do so on the PC website.

Our race couldn't login via app. One player found that web worked but by that time it was too late

None of them could play using the app. They all reported the same problem, but none of them reported trying it via the web. 

I was on iPhone and iPad and wouldn’t load 

I play on my android mobile app.

Hello friends, my league had a problem accessing the live race from the last Singapore round that took place on Wednesday the 16th. All the managers were unable to access the live race to keep track of the progress, I would like the race to be rescheduled for the next business day of the league and the points earned to be credited.
