I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but when my 'days to engine restock' went to 0, I haven't recieved any more engines and it's reset to 20 days until my next engine restock and has left me with 2 engines

Is this a bug or have I not managed my engines properly?

*EDIT*

Restarted the game after turning my phone off and was able to collect the engines from the headquarters
