Attributes of technical staff?

I don't see any indication of what Morale, Charisma and Experience attributes do for my non-racing staff, which makes it tricky to decide between who to employ.

Any clues?

This is something that will be implimented at a later date.
Atm apart from rating level most staff are similar.
