1 car or 2 car team

Is it right, as some people say, that you may only take part in a 2 car team league with a subscription?

I thought that you only have the time chart and have ceratain limitations when setting up your own league. But when somebody opens a league for 2 cars teams then anyone may enter even if that personis not a sibscriber...

Only people with a subscription can MAKE a 2 car league. Anybody can join a 2 car league.

I'm sure that the big amount of 1 car leagues is because of this. I mean lack of knowledge of this. I used to be convinced that's how it is, and then I changed to 2 car right away. And people in my old league still think they would need to pay for 2 cars/everyday races. My point is - in this page http://igpmanager.com/?url=subscribe words "League Hosting" are easy to miss.
