Can the game be made stable now? Literally the people of my league are starting to get tired of the game dropping midrace screwing almost everyone up.

You act like they decided "hey, let's turn the stability off".

I get your frustration, but you are lvl 12. You've been around for a bit and this growth is more/faster than they expected. There are going to be some growing pains.

well Greg it's more the lvl 14s and 15s that say I am tired of it as well since it seems like every two races or so we seem to get dropped midrace.

It's all we're working on. Did you have any problems with a race just now? Or are we talking about at another time?

To quote my post from another thread:

"We've moved everything to the cloud before mobile launch and there are some unusual behaviours in these cloud servers which we have been studying and trying to find explanation for.

To give you some idea, every single time we restart the servers, a different set of things crop up that have nothing to do with any kind of consistent or logical pattern. However, I just stopped the service for a minute then started it rather than restarting it, and this does seem to have improved things.

These things appear to have nothing to do with our code, or even the work we are doing on the servers. They are just playing up in random ways with each restart. It's easily the most frustrating thing I've ever worked on. Restart it once, Facebook login stops working, restart it again and Facebook is fine but Google play has issues, restart it again and everything is fine, except one page will have {{placeholderText}} like this.

It's like playing roulette with the server. But as I said, maybe it's the "restart" option which needs to be avoided because a stop/start seems to have got things working well. Maybe that's the way forward. The servers simply don't seem to enjoy the restart option."

Jack -- i'm not very technical, entered QA as a front end tester with no training whatsoever so feel free to dismiss.

Have you made sure that all of the jobs and services start up in the exact same (and correct) order every time?

Jack, we were all kicked today on this league https://igpmanager.com/app/p=league&id=4160 (that's Henry's league). i think it's the third race it happens. Pls correct me Henry!

i have another question, because everything seems to be improving, no lag, not freeze... the thing is, i wasn't at home, and when i got kicked, i don't know if i did something different, or the options on that chrome were different but, the thing was that it didnt reload all the data slowly, i was back in the race like instantly, it was like cached so it just went back really quick. if you know how, i'd love to know because after disconnecting the problem is that we miss a lap or in my case more to reload (my phone reload really quick like that but not on web) and maybe there is some stupid option in the browser. (sorry my english hope you get it)
