Jack this is a joke. 3 members left including one who has been here years and yet no response from a dev yet??? Last race of the season a blow out the "winner" hating his first ever win in elite because of the issues, championship winner wanting to leave and league manager getting flak. 8 races now gone tits up in less than 2 seasons mate I'm close to walking myself. Answers and compensation required now I think

Tim, I think this is an issue that is not easily resolved and the dev's may be extremely busy. For me, I would back a re-run of race but I doubt I will gain anything from it though. Because of the new season car updates I think it is impossible for them to re-run race fairly and not disrupt these new season car updates. I think we will have to accept the race result and move on.

This wasn't flagged because everything ran and completed as you saw. Everything on paper is running and ticking over, all services are online and running normally, including this race. It ran normally and on time... but you couldn't connect to it. That's where the problem seems to be.

For some reason, the server was dropping everyone from it constantly. I'm looking into it now. Re-running will be difficult as it was a season ender and the league has moved on to the next season now. I will see what we can do.

I have found the problem, and it should be out of the system now. I can explain what it was - the race was running on a server using code that is designed for a future update, which is not compatible with the current viewer. It should not have been assigned the way it was, which meant occasionally a live race was run on it. It should have been for testing only, but this is why the viewers were crashing with these errors each time you tried to run them. This is also why there were no issues to flag on our end, and why every race in the service ran normally while in your race out of the hundreds running at the time, you couldn't see it. Sorry. :(

I know when this server was put live by mistake as well. It was when we had some genuine issues a couple of weeks ago and needed to re-allocate the races in the service quickly, as a bunch of other servers were brought into action in the heat of the moment this one slipped through the net and became enabled for live races when it shouldn't have been.

Do you still want me to see if I can re-run this race?
