3 bugs

Hi there. I have noticed 3 things and am going to mention them before I forget.

1) iOS + website. I have reached level six but in my headquarters the Technology building is still locked saying I need to reach level 5.
2) iOS. After a race is finished, I am unable to fix my car or train my drivers. It tells me my cars/drivers are active in a race, which is not the case. When I log into the website there is no issue.
3). From my brother (Tom A), twice he has not been able to practice/race one of his two drivers, only one of his cars is entered in a race. Is this a bug or something user related we haven't figured out in the game?

Thanks, Jack! You are on top of things, I appreciate that.

1) I see, I am in construction on another project. Thanks for the fix! However, I would have expected it to be different. For example, I am building Design. I can still hover over Manufacturing, it changes the cursor and highlights the box. But the cursor does not change nor is there a highlight for the Technology. I would have expected the text to disappear, and be able to highlight the box after reaching level 5, while still seeing the text and not be able to highlight the Youth Academy which is locked until level 7. It's not necessary, but just stating what I would have expected in case you want to go further in this fix.

2) It's directly after the race, sometimes even a couple of hours after. Yesterday it happened on the website and didn't fix itself until I closed out the website and restarted. I don't remember if restarting the app fixed it in the iOS version. I will get back to you on that.
