Damn, just spend 600.000 on firing old and hiring new a new doktor ans commercial...

Is it possible to increase the ratings of commercials and doctors anyway, and maybe use it as advantage having them skilled when they can have impact in the future? Or is it likely that skillfull staff leave my team f they get too skillfull? :D

So can I be without a doctor and commercial manager? (and marketers)

Without a docter in the checklist \"Fill driver and staff positions\" is failed. Can I race with that?

auto sign and you only pay 1k/race.....its nothing....sign for 5 or so races....

What does auto sign do exactly? I dont want my staff to be fired randomlyt? Also does someone know answer to my first question?

I\'ve wasted training for my Doc and Financial manager it seems and is currently throwing away 600k each race.
My question is, If i retain these staff and continue training them. Will it be worth it after the update?
And i mean Really worth it!

You will need your commercial manager once you get to level 5 and can buy the commercial facilities.

If you have trained them already you will be ahead of the game and have a good team ready to make you money!

Not sure about the doctor though - the health of your drivers is essential so anything to improve that can\'t be bad - so you will be well ahead after the update.

Im guessing teh doc will recover drivers health, and commercial manager will increase revenue....
