Driver Star Ratings

Hi Guys,

I think there might be an issue with the staff star ratings.

I look at this guy a lvl 17 TD and they are 4.5 star - https://igpmanager.com/app/d=staff&id=1162305&tab=contract

while this lvl 18 CD is also 4.5 star - https://igpmanager.com/app/d=staff&id=327182&tab=contract

Since I am lvl 18 I would expect the CD to be 5 star?

And although I dont have evidence, I am sure I have had one of my teams that was lvl 17 show a lvl 15 staff member as 4.5 star also.

The level 17 is 4star and the level 18 is 4.5 star. & i'm level 20

I have 16 level 20's also with 5 stars
Think that is all there is in the game of level 20's, I shortlisted everyone I have seen.

I would like to know what Jack thinks of these instances.

These are either bugs, or more likely, what Jack intended to deliver and what we, players, expected to see isn't matching up.
