I do not see any reasone, for DELAY THE RACE BY ANOTHER DAY!!! Everybody can choose, if he will stay or not. I think, everybody knows the official start of race, and i guess, everybody can wait for 3 hours most... Now it is by us 2 hours of delay, still no reasone for suspend todays race!!! Again RUN ASAP

I don't have the understanding to fix this problem, but I'm doing my best work around that and get to a solution with the server management team.

Normally this is something Andrew would handle but he's on holiday and I can't reach him at short notice.

Maybe Andrew should get a replacement when he goes on holiday. This is a commercial product, iGP should provide support at all times.

Well... what Jack said pretty much sums it up for me. The game which we are here and pay for has only one person that handles these type of situations.

Now the person is on a holiday and everything went downhill.

The simulator is back online now. One of the reasons we brought in Rob is so that we have a substitute in these situations, we're still in the process of training him up though and it may take time.

Unfortunately we've been caught with our pants down as they say over the last couple of days. It's completely unacceptable and I know there is no excuse, but I'm going to make sure that we switch our entire focus to getting on top of this, we can't go on like this. I understand your frustration, because I know what it feels like. Sitting here almost powerless to do anything about it is the most frustrating feeling of all.

Forum topics were not deleted, they were merged in to one thread. A couple of posts were deleted which added nothing to the discussion except abuse and obscene language.

Given the circumstances, I did the best I could. Sorry if anyone was inconvenienced by the problems tonight, I'll be giving the whole team a good talking to about this in our next call. We've got to get on top of these problems and it needs to be our only priority right now.

And not even an annoucement? I shouldn't have to come on the forums and trawl through posts to find out what's happening!

I was on the verge of paying for a subscription and I've now been convinced that I shouldn't waste my money.

It's bad enough that you don't support OSX versions older than Lion (by choosing to run with version 7 java), it would be as if to say using WIndows 7 is out of date..

Not everyone upgrades their computers every 24 months..

I'm disapointed and the way this has been handled means that whilst I enjoy(ed) iGP I certainly won't be paying for a subscription now.

In the first race in the 23th lap of 28 i was leading. Today i wake up and i enden 5th and 6th. Not very nice.
