Same here. Really low on parts too. 

Clear your cache. Then restart the app

Can't get free parts,collect 1 by watching video then it constantly flashes

I can't earn free parts from watching videos and i really Need them. I'm waiting all day but the button is still not clickable. Thanks for your support!

If the button does not appear it is not iGP Manager's fault, it means that the advertisers of the platform have nothing to show at that time for your country/region. We can't do anything about it, it's something external and foreign to us.

need a better system for parts i lose approx 9 per driver per race and the ads button comes and goes and isnt reliable to upkeep the cars and is ruining the game for me at the moment.. using loads of tokens to buy parts and its not sustainable

Por más que intentamos ver anuncios no funcionan , subo la fábrica muchos niveles y con todo y con eso faltan piezas 
En mi segundo coche ya me faltan 27 y es imposible conseguirlas por vídeos que no se ven
