A lot of people would advise me against publishing this kind of information, but you probably wouldn't believe how strapped we are for cash. I receive much less than the minimum wage, and don't even get paid some months to keep things stable. I know how hard it has been on me and if I had half a brain I wouldn't still be here, but if I did that iGP wouldn't be here either. It has legs, it has a future, but someone has to go through that to get it there. That kind of lifestyle isn't for everyone, and I don't judge anyone who doesn't want to live like that for this long, or expect any sympathy for putting myself through it.
The only thing I'm focused on is the future. Normally I wouldn't even go in to this stuff, but since you're understandably frustrated, and some things have gone on for way too long, you're owed an explanation. I don't want our capabilities overestimated, because we'll never meet those expectations. I have to give you the reality.
Andrew is training Chris (the new developer) on the side, and that's part of passing on the baton. But it's early days yet. I expect to have some better news within a couple of months, until then, this is how things are. We'll be doing what we can with what we have available.
