I only just realised we haven't posted in this thread, but we have been monitoring the situation since it was first reported. We have some good ideas as to what is causing it and will be looking into them behind the scenes. Something like this tends not to have an instant fix and obvious cause, but based on experience we should be able to figure it out fairly quickly. There are 2-3 links in the chain which could be involved and we're going to look in to each one of them.

@Jack: this went from bad to @€#$& horrible :P we are freezing almost every lap.

this week (3 or 4 days) went really bad, we jumped from 1 freeze/race to 10. +/- not exagerating, and not complaining ;) ,just posting some feedback because of the change. it was steady 1/race and now is steady around 10. (50% race)

It's hard to be patient with this particular problem because, during freeze time, we are not sure what's happening if we were kersing, we miss DRS etc.

any news?

We're aware of the freezing issue. At the moment we're working on improving capacity so it doesn't happen. A solution should be rolled out in the next few days.

We've got an infrastructure update on the way to address it. Not long to go, just a few days. We were testing it today and it's all working, now we're waiting on some certificates before it's all validated for live use.

yesterday was i think the worst day, longest freezes we had until now and many of them in one race. hope you can fix it.

@Managers!!! DO NOT LEAVE THE RACE WHEN IT FREEZES, try to send a message in the chat box. if it appears in the chat, then it's a freeze, relax and wait the race to continue, if it doesn't, then it's local and you should refresh!

I can agree was really bad yesterday for the Belgian Grand Prix that we had going
