Problems With Post Race Processing / Research

What did you try to do?
Spend 12 out of my 26 design points to improve handling from 188 to 200.

What happened instead?
12 design were spent, bringing the remaining design points down to 14, and handling was improved by 12 from 188 to 200. But after logging in again the next day handling was back down to 188 but I still only have 14 design points left.

Can the bug be reproduced?
No.

This is the first and only time this has happened to me so far.

The same thing happened to me, I added points last night in aerodynamics and today they are gone, you can see the red arrow:

It's the same for me, I lost 13 points (which I got 1 race earlier).

I have a problem, as well. 60 design points (which I got after the last two races and were already spent) disappeared. 

I have the same issue too: no research points were given for todays race as if the race didn't happen.  I researched for big points on Acceleration but got nothing and no e-mail confirmation either. It also seems I didn't receive my XP points (250), this sucks because that's season over.

Normal research before the race, researching braking - should have gained 20 dp. But gained nothing

Dear developers,

After the race today, I and MR Mario Ruiz did not receive any research points for the research in downforce (me) and Brakes (MR Mario Ruiz).
Can you please check and control this?

It would be great if we could get the points in downforce credited again.

me too, didn't get any research point in Acceleration after Singapur race today. 

I have a problem too.(Sorry for my bad english) After yesterdays race I didn't got any research points but I researched the brakes. After todays race the same happend and I didn't got any points added to my brakes.

First race after start of problems just has finished. Got all the points, just if last 2 races wasn't:) Can i get my 22 construction and ~(14+10)=24 researching points or something else?

Conduct a braking study over 2 races (this should have been worth about 30 points in total)

2nd race of the season and most team have their maxed out stats from… last season. Some teams don’t.

Was there a roll back on the servers? Our whole league is in trouble…

Thanks buddy, I was not sure if this was the same problem. My research points after the race looked normal at first sight. Most teams have now maxed out stats in the second race of the season, good for them 😀 I (re)joined this season and my stats seem to be normal. It’s going to be a hard season for my team 🤪 Hope they get things right, I just invested in a considerable load of tokens…

We dont know, but some leagues have postponed their races waiting for the bug to be fixed , including ours and project leyendas
