Chassis suplier guide

I would recommend that a guide for suppliers is made and published. It's a bit confussing and I can't understand why it came to live without any guidance or explanation. 

Please make some info available beyond the basic "i" icons with ultra light hints.

North America (HQ)
Delivery cost: "X"
Connecting regions: Europe and South America 

Deliveries to North America, Europe and South America will be "X" ? 🤖

I think it would be nice to have a chassis supplier guide, because right now some things need further explanation.
By the way, something I didn't like was that some "smart" players made 10 level one accounts and signed them as customers in order to have an advantage from the get-go.
In my opinion, some decisions have to be made by the development team in order to ensure the integrity of the game in general (see inactive leagues, farming accounts etc).
