Hey Jack, i messaged you privately... i cannot end my vip subscription on pc or ios platform.



I had the opposite, my subscription ended 1 day before scheduled renewal and I was locked out of two of the three leagues. Never got the extra boost and today my VIP was renewed but I do not have the perks back, although the game says I am subscribed.

VIP needs to be looked at... renewal/cancellation has a big problem.

Hakan, I've refunded your subscription but you may keep it active for the remainder of the term. I really appreciate your support, you're clearly a generous supporter of the game.

Bruno, I've reactivated VIP on your account and I am looking into this broadly at the moment. There are clearly issues with it as you rightly point out, we've had a few reports now.
