Mine appears to be working this morning Andrew. It just says "loading track image" now instead of "downloading track image" and "load complete" always appears to happen. Loaded 3 different tracks about 5 or 6 times now so lets hope it's fixed! :D

I'll try spectating races today though every time a different track pops up just to make sure

Totally worthless addendum: the drivers' nationality flags in 2D now default to the track's home flag.

We have a few bugs in our league but I don't think they are related to your update... or are they?

Every driver is from Spain.
One driver had DRS on the first lap, others didn't (all in a freight train)
Most of the users had trouble loading 2D, 2 of the regulars apparently can't.

The new version of the 2D viewer is twice the size of the original due to all of the track images being included.  This means the first time you run the viewer it may take a while to load.  Please give it a few minutes to do so.  After the initial load, subsequent loads should be faster.

The driver nationality issue is due to a simple mistake.  I'm fixing that now.

The DRS issue you mentioned, Jason, is almost certainly unrelated.  What is the problem specifically anyway?  Should other drivers have DRS, or is it simply the lack of overtaking that is unrealistic?

Nah it was the first lap DRS was enabled, only one driver got DRS for some reason even though there were like 10-12 drivers within the DRS range.

Nothing too serious but it made me wonder is all :)

Mine isn't loading at all. In any browser. Running Java 7 update 7 and osx 10.8.1

Yes Im having same issue? Anyone raised a helpdesk ticket or are they aware?

This is a new problem, thanks to an SSL certificate belonging to www.java.com expiring.  I'm investigating workarounds now.
