Upcoming races should be fine. It was a big portion of the races from 17:00 - 18:00 GMT that were hit by this server outage. Many still ran fine on other servers during that time, but any on that particular server from that time frame are now being skipped and the managers are being compensated with extra Tokens.
It's hard to know what timezone you guys are talking about, but I think you're all referring to races that were just skipped in the last 5 minutes. Looking at your profile those races fall within the timeframe given, and so I'm pretty sure you've just had those races skipped. There won't be any results for these races as they didn't finish before the server went offline. That's why we're sending out Tokens to compensate you and you should have received an apology in your inbox.
For the rest of the evening we've put some new servers into the service, and the one which was faulty earlier has been taken out of action so that it can't cause any further problems. We will be looking at the server logs to see what went wrong. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Our race was started (I don't know exactly when) and somewhere I was able to join in just after some laps gone. Doesn't count big for me, just wanted to let you know the shortest way - if it is needed at all -. Sorry for starting this avalanche, as it is not a bug report area, and thank you for the quick fix and response, Jack.
